If the people, en masse, consider themselves liberated then such popularly inferred fiat can overrule the law – after all, it is The People that determine the law, not the corporate state.

So I wouldn’t be too sure that this development hasn’t effectively sanctioned ‘jailbreaking’ – and the backup of one’s DVDs for that matter.
