I’ve been using Linux myself for the past 10 years (at home) and opensource programs on windows at work – noticed that this may not be true.
Eg. Since I am a working class and have to comply to company IT policies. Recently, my company is standardizing Outlook as the email client and I needed to convert my past 10 years Thunderbird email history to pst.
To my horror and disappointment, this seems like an impossible task. After losing my email history, I no longer have the morale courage to tell colleagues to use opensource alternative any more.
Sad.
